The medium is plenty hot. The hot is painfully hot. The extra hot had me seeing stars once, and someone else had to drive me home. My mouth waters uncontrollably whenever I think of this chicken.
Be warned. I love spicy food and I wouldn't go anywhere above "damn hot" on their spiciness scale.
