Want to change from the Meatpacking usual suspects? Go at Zampa, it's a Italian wine bar always full on week-end with a great ambiance and a well made cuisine for a very reasonable price.

Hands down, best baked goods. Scones, banana bread and especially bread pudding are delish. Sandwiches and salads are of course anche bello.

I love everything about this place-- food, wine, bartenders. Everything I've tried is fantastic. Make sure to sit at the bar!

Usually get the salmon & lentils, or a panini, and/or the beet salad. Delicious. Easy to eat at the zig-zag shaped bar, and Eames chairs are attractive, classic and comfortable.
