The only pre-7 am stellar coffee option in all of Manhattan and possibly the East Coast.
If you're lucky, the staff will play a full album by The Afghan Whigs! (it's happened to me twice here!)

andrew symondsEkim 17, 2012This is a five star coffee shop HOWEVER the line can be ridiculous. I love their coffee, I don't know what brand of milk they use but I don't even need to add sugar. The coffee is not bitter or harsh
They pull two shots for all sizes, so keep to the small latte unless you want to order extra shots in the medium or large!

Go closer to 4PM cause the line is out the door. Also, if you order a small capp, DONT do the medium as the small is SO small that they don't have a small enough lid for takeaway.
