Line gets quite long here but it moves quick and the baristas are fairly efficient. Great espresso drinks. Grab one and go chill in the Ace lobby, if you can find a seat.
Nitro Cold Brew is my coffee crack of choice. Smooth like Guinness and just as delicious. If there's a line it usually wraps into the lobby of the Ace Hotel. Ask for a loyalty card, sit in hotel lobby
BusetoŞubat 1, 2015Portland coffee roaster has expanded to NYC and has made it's mark on the NYC coffee scene. The staff is as good as the coffee. And the coffee is absolutely phenomenal. Worth visiting.

The best cappuccino and espresso in NYC. Seriously. Go enjoy your coffee in the connected hipster urban rustic lounge of the Ace Hotel.

HeidiMart 25, 2017Gorgeous shop with the vintage/ modern feel. Coffee classes are taught in the adjacent room near the bathroom. Fav drink is nitro on draft. If you buy a bag they will grind your whole beans for free.
Ask for the "Flyover State" from the secret menu. It's amphetamines ground up and sprinkled on the surface of an Americano with extra hot water.

It’s hard to get a seat in the Ace Hotel lobby, but the coffee is awesome. Cool ambience in the lobby if you find a spot.

Flagship location that's always busy but still finds time to make winning espresso drinks. The bakery that supplies their pastries, especially the almond croissants is amazing.

apareekNisan 11, 2013Very nice coffee! I liked the Stumptown coffee chocolate as well. Didn't like the seating inside Ace hotel, partly because I prefer coffee shops that are well lit and good to sit down and work/study.

Never thought I'd say that as I drink espresso only, Stumptown barista convinced me to enjoy a latte & enjoy I did!- If your out-of-town guests think Starbucks is the best thing since sliced-bread, bring them here & they will change their mind! Get your coffee to-go and drink it in the adjoining Ace Hotel lobby.

They have amazing donuts! Try each one. It's a takeaway cafe, with no seating. Conveniently located inside the Ace Hotel, which is also a great place.
Order The Nadine latte from their secret menu - it's a honey, almond milk latte ;)
