Quite poor. Not so much a museum but a confusing display of random stuff of not much interest. Entrance free, but Plenty money grabbing opportunities inside. Most floors are just games. Boring.

Hubble 3D IMAX movie is awesome! Worth every pence. Takes about an hour of your day.

There was no aircon and though it says free admission , the staff upfront asked for donation before allowing us to enter. better to change the admission to ticketed than to be stopped for donation :(

The lift to the basement is past the space exhibition. Take the accessible lift down if you want to bypass the long wait!

For kids the pattern pod is great! If you are driving car park on street is free after 1.30pm on Saturdays.

Apollo 10 CSM, call sign "Charlie Brown" is on display here. After Apollo 10, NASA required "dignified" names for command and lunar modules. This "rule" lasted until Apollo 16, when "Casper" was used.

The Science Museum was founded in 1857 with objects shown at the Great Exhibition held in the Crystal Palace.

Did you know the Science Museum has its own mummy? It's up on the 5th floor in the Egyptian Medical Practice exhibit.
