SylOcak 21, 2017Service quality has recently declined at PS Cafe Harding. Apparently, all the staff have been replaced and the new staff appear rather clueless.

c.s.Eylül 15, 2013Infamous horrible service! Waitress just threw the latte glass on the table. They clear your food & cutlery before you finish. Pity, because the food is good.
Chicken Rossa Penne and Key Lime Pie are must-haves.
