When Leaving in August to Montreal (from Ottawa), to go to the 2-Day HEAVY MTL Music Festival, make sure to arrive at the Bus Station EARLY! Lots of people from Ottawa are attending this event!- Arrive at the Ottawa Terminal at least 1 hour before and line up at the appropriate Gate. Even weekdays are very busy,so don't think because you're going to TO or Mtl on an early bus,it won't be busy!

- On the way from #Ottawa to #Montreal on the 3pm Bus on May 17th, 2015 and electrical outlets DO NOT WORK!? Driver says "switch is under the bus, and nothing I can do"!? WTH?! WHY would they turn off?

Sooooo sketchy. And unclean. People are rude. Buy snacks at the gas station a block up instead of here. It'll be cheaper.
Loni StarkAralık 28, 2009When you buy tickets online, make sure you print the actual receipt and not just the confirmation page. They are not the same thing. Fortunately they had a printer at this location.
