Winki ChenMart 11, 2014Bring a pen! I borrowed one from the counter. The staffs are nice enough to lend me a pen, but what if they are out of pens by lending them to other people? Also, bring a fully charged phone.

This location was well-organized a couple years ago, with benches and an electronic queuing system. Now, it's a mess of disorganized roped-off lines.

Mike CosmiAğustos 10, 2012This place can learn from nj. Terrible. Standing in 2 lines for almost 1.5 hours. Switching license from nj to ny. Nj privatized theirs, not sure if that's why this place is a nightmare compared.
