It is the home away from home! Everyone here is super nice and friendly, the rooms are big and spectacular, very generous services, concierge are aware of every little place in manhattan. I love it!!
Sarah KimAralık 26, 2019Great to visit for Christmas tree if the crowd at Rockefeller is too overwhelming for you. Not as big as Rockefeller tree but still larger than life and beautifully decorated. No crowds here

This hotel is a shell of it's past. Rundown, despite being told room was recently renovated. $16/dy for wifi(really? It's 2014!) & now worried if receptionist said $16 for all devices or EVERY device!
