Iconic place. Had the catfish and roast beef po boys. Place transports you back to '50's: a must for experiencing the Louisiana po boy sandwich.

Great Atmosphere and great food. Same burgers as Port of Call but a more complete menu. I usually get the fried calamari for an appetizer. Then chow down on the best burger, and a loaded potato.
The famous author's former home is tucked in a tiny alley. It's now a pleasingly warren-like bookstore, which stocks city-specific tomes, loads of classics and, yes, a sweeping selection of Faulkner.
