The lake trail is beautiful. It is a good 2.5 mile hike. Yet, the views along the way will cause you to hope that it would never end.

Must do in big sur. The waterfall trail to see mcway falls is an easy short walk really. Canton trail is beautiful too. Pay $10 to park inside. There's absolutely no network so come prepared.

Amazing scenery ! The base walk is probably the best way to discover Uluru (a fly net is essential). Sunset is the best time to enjoy the colorful rock while drinking a beer from the roof of your car.

Easy hike and the views are so cool, end of march still had some snow. Good to have ponco or head cover against the dripping. Just the gorge took about 1 1/2 hour, but there is much more to see there
An extremely beautiful experience that I'll never forget. You get to walk through a cave between the mountains with the water falling down. It's just mesmerizing.

Visit the black sand beach, adjacent lava tube & swimming cave (behind parking lot). Hike on the trail to the north of the beach for great views & crashing waves.

With the black sand beach, you'll definitely want to come here. But the cave will disappoint unless you're up for going deep in (bring a flashlight!).
Treacherous climb to the beach but worth checking out for the red sand! Be aware you're walking through private property and make sure to wear good sneakers.
The trail isn't too hard to find but it can be a difficult walk there. It's a nude beach (optionally), so be ready for that. The reward for trekking is a perfect beach with lots of privacy.
Bring blankets and winter jackets as the wind makes it really cold at 10000 ft. Bring picnic food for a lovely sunset. Hide in the warming hut till the stars come out, best seen when there's no moon.
Go to watch the sunrise. Get here way before dawn, parking fills up fast and might be hard to get a good glimpse of the sunrise over the clouds.
This is a surreal experience. It's a must see while on the Big Island. You might even see a giant sea turtle. Best beach ever.

Top 5 tallest in the world... which makes it hard to admire the whole view of the waterfall unless you have some kind of air transport. Still an awesome place for a walk or hike with fresh air tho.
In the summer, arrive early as queues for the car park get very long. Bring something to keep you warm and keep the drips off during your walk through the very impressive gorge.

A cable car takes you up to see a beautiful landscape of the surrounding area! It's €23.50 for adults, €16 for students of Salzburg. Bring a heavy jacket and boots! It gets cold 6,000ft up!
Worlds biggest ice caves 42kms long !!! Walk 20min, queue to the gondola for a 5min ride and then hike another 15min to get into caves! Guided tour of 1hr. Climb 700 steps up and 700 down! No photos !

It's about 1hr walk from hammersbach parking lot. Bring a jacket and proper boots! It gets cold and wet, even in summer. Check out the weather forecast before your trip. Admission is 4€ for the gorge
Unmissable natural wonder. It's absolutely breathtaking and has to be seen to be believed. Go in the winter to beat the crowds—it's chilly, but worth it to get some clear photos.

Try coming down through a narrow path near the toilet on the east. It will lead you down the hill via a cemetery. The view is simply breathtaking!
