Sometimes much cheaper to rent from the Hertz at the Hilton.. And you can still drop here!

Phoenix ZerinEylül 20, 2012Be alert; the counter staff will bombard you with upsells. Check the amount on your receipt before walking away; if the amount is higher than you were expecting, renegotiate.
Bus to airport can take up to 30 minutes if the airport is congested. Plan accordingly.
Brett FriedmanNisan 23, 2013The rep was nice, but the wait was awful for a car I had already paid for online. It was not clear that I could use the kiosk, I thought it was just for making a reservation. What a waste of an hour.

Worth it to add Gold service, I've never wait since joining.
The staff here is super great about giving you a ride to your terminal if you're running late!

If you have status and tell them you're running late they'll drive you to your gate in your car
Quick out, not so much returning. Need to recharge? Go in the main lobby.

The self check-in kiosks are all down and limited staff at night. Be prepared to wait for up to 30 mins.

I should have rented with Hertz!!
Been here 3x in the past 5 weeks and my name is never on the board. Long lines at gold counter. Ridiculous. Get your shit together, Hertz.

Do not expect service from the worst Hertz location in the country. Instead expect no or confusing directions and signs. If you're lucky they will even yell at you to move your car somewhere else.
