Whoever installed the sculpture with the ringable bell needs to be tarred and feathered. Obnoxious ruiner of the peaceful vibe. And parents, don't let your kid be an asshole.

They don't empower employees w/ important info like "buying a ticket doesn't mean you will get on the ferry time you are waiting in line for". Polite inquiry yielded 0.
