Ben BowersAğustos 21, 2011The Rhapsody in Que is an excellent sampler of most of Blue Smokes specialities and isn't too overwhelming size wise. As others have said, the Mac n cheese is a must have.
Come for weekend brunch and go nuts with the fried chicken & waffles -- slather on some maple butter and hot sauce... it's a real revelation.
At lunch...I had the Rhapsody in 'Cue which was incredible. The fried bread with caramel dipping sauce was super! Atmosphere and service superb!!!

Julie StubbsMart 12, 2014As a born and raised Southern Girl, I rate this BBQ ordinary. They try to do 2 much here with the Memphis, KC, TX BBQ versions, etc. stick to being good at 1 version bc u can't be good at everything.
