    "Guest wifi is not very reliable was down last time I was here. The a/c on the 4th floor has been having some issues and temperature fluctuates a lot. So dress in layers. Renovated 2nd floor is nice."

    "Clean bathrooms. Helpful staff. Good wifi with no stupid logins like the Plano library (which you can't use unless you are a member). Wireless printing from your laptop. AND beautiful view!"

    "Avoid this place at all costs during the weekend. Service takes for ever and the hookah sucks. The atmosphere is beautiful but it is ruined by the super loud music that they play."
