If you want dim sum at any time of the day, go here. They don't have the traditional carts, but they know what the people want. Super crowded on weekends.
Not my favorite, but a decent place for dim sum. Avoid at all costs during the weekends unless you're cool with waiting an hour in a super crowded lobby.
