Has to be one of the best airports in the world. Make sure you have a Nexus pass to skip the line in departures!
Canada Line can be accessed by both domestic and international terminals. Domestic is in the annex (take the elevator/stairs on the extreme left of the baggage pickup, Intl. just walk straight out!

Quiet airport with awesome decoration based on nature motifs-including a live aquarium! Also lots of native American art. Beautiful. Food is OK. Lots of power points and free WiFi!
I love studying at the observation area located at the domestic terminal. It's open 24/7, free wifi, outlets available, a lot of food options, and you get to watch planes!
If you have spare time before a flight go have lunch, dinner or drinks in the lounge at the Fairmont Airport - the best airport restaurant in the country.

Great airport with Timmy's, free WiFi and charging stations at the gates. Take your kids to observation deck to learn about planes.
One of the best international airports I have ever used. Clean, comfortable, good food / shopping options. Nice west coast feel!

ArdenOcak 30, 2014Must go thru immigration and customs if connecting to USA from an international flight. YVR is considered the first port of entry for USA even though it's Canada.. But at least you get a Canada stamp?

Spoon CarvalhoNisan 4, 2017One of the better Airport I've flown through. Flying to the US was time consuming. A single line just to get to the TSA. Going though US customs was a joke, get their early if flying internationally.
When in Vancouver, be sure to visit Fitness Town to learn about all the fun, fitness things you can do in one of the best cities in the world (just saying...)
Accept for customs, it's often times a pretty smooth and uneventful airport. Plenty of memorabilia options.
Spacious airport, lounges are okay, friendly staff, well organized and it even features a little waterfall in the arrivals area 😃
