Go to Tim's class if you want to learn something new, Bill's if you want to have fun, Christine's if you want a challenging flow, and Antonio's pilates class if you want your butt (and core) kicked.

Great variety of classes with awesome teachers. Love taking class with Jacqui and David. $5 for your first class.

Stacey's core conditioning class will make sure your ass and abs are feeling it the next day. Don't mistake this for a yoga class: it's circuit-style kettlebell training.
