Amazing ramen. A great focus on flavour & broth. Every Ramen is completely different. The menu is based around the ramen of different regions in Japan. Great prices too! Also try the kokoroll.
The pork roll had a nice thick slice of pork belly, simple and delicious for a quick $3.50 snack. I had the Shio ramen, and I found it hearty and warming.
The Ramen was nice and had a filling portion. The broth was amazing and suits the cold Melbourne nights. Waiting time for the food could have been better though.
Kokoro is for the simple ramen pursuer. It's not too fancy, nor is it over hyped. You come, you enjoy pretty good ramen and you head out. Delicious broth that does the job - it'a one for the
Had the Tonkotsu Shoyu Pork Belly. Pork is a bit tough but flavoured egg delicious. Noodles are nice and firm and broth thick but not as salty as I'd like. I prefer Ippudo or Hakata-maru in Sydney.
Thursday night is cheeeeeeeeeap drinks night! The vegetarian ramen is a bit light on flavour, suck it up & go for the pork or chicken seafood broth base for srs yums
This previously VERY good eatery has slidden into disgusting-ness. The previously thin BBQ slices of pork have been replaced by thick, mushy fatty pork floating in broth. Smells too.
