Agu Estrada: The LTO office opens 8am. If you go before 10am, ask the guards where to pass since the mall will still be closed.

Agu Estrada: If you’re on a motorcycle, you can park right in front. Go up using the PWD ramp.

Agu Estrada: Ticketless parking. Your plate number is scanned upon entering. Before exiting, pay at a machine using your plate number. At exit, your plate number is scanned again. if paid, the barrier goes up.
