the exterior is preserved, but unlike the lighthouse at Corregidor you cannot enter the buildings. you can access this from Lobo (easy way) or from San Juan (farther & more challenging).
the sales personnel are very knowledgable re: preparation of the food items, pairing cheese with the deli products & wine, as well as how to use their products in cooking. don't be afraid to ask.

Saturdays & Sundays are the best time to go if you're not from Angeles or Pampanga. they open at 7am with their breakfast buffets, and even have lunch buffets afterwards.
Hard to tell when it’s a good time to view this. If it’s sunny and dry, little water in the waterfalls but very pleasant drive. If it’s rainy, lots of water but rainy & foggy road conditions.
They open early so you can do your grocery shopping at the beginning of the day.
There’s parking in front of the ground-level stores and inside the main building.
Food is good. Ambience is great. Parking a 4-wheeled vehicle might be a challenge on weekends since a lot of motorcycle riders go there. Warning: no cell signal. You can purchase internet access.
you may want to split an order of noodles for 2 persons. and the 1st level hotness (1 pepper?) is already hot. if not hot enough, they can add pepper.
the quality of their noodle dishes is very high. but if you're expecting a dine-in experience, you may be disappointed because there are no tables, only counters. but the food makes it worth the visit
a welcome breakfast buffet at a location where there are very few walk-in dine-in places.
the novelty is their nipa huts. not sure about their food quality since we only ordered drinks.
if you go on a weekend, I strongly recommend you make reservations. that in itself should tell you whether the food here is good or not.
how can you not like this place? you're surrounded by cakes, breads, coffee...and they serve wine by the glass!
as of Jul21 2022 they had new menu items, but the old favorites were still there.
if you're just looking, you can spend a long time in this store. if you know what you're going to buy before entering, you can be in and out in 15 minutes.
very popular place. strongly advise you to make reservations before going. great view of Taal Lake and Taal Volcano. I'm sure an overnight stay would be memorable too.
check out their al fresco tables. if not too warm & not too many mosquitoes, you may enjoy those tables more than the ones inside.
book appointment before going. if you're bringing a car, look for the security guard near the stairs & tell him you have an appointment at Nuat Thai.
try to look at all the food stands before you decide to order from one. there is a lot of variety available. including the stands in the middle.
available basement parking. (remember to bring your parking ticket when you get down from your vehicle!)
