Best avocado mash I’ve had on the High Line’s nadir. Takes a few bites but then your tongue is tingling with secret spices and your lips are cooled by lime-treated avocado paste.

Awesome place to grab a great cup of coffee! Chelsea needed place like this. Grab a pour over (or iced if it's a hot day) and take it while you walk along the High Line.

I had a nice AeroPress. Cozy place and the staff knows their coffee. Also goes well with a stroll along the High Line.

Ask for the Chelsea. Arguably one of the best coffee concoctions I've ever had. Add the avocado mash and you've got a solid meal.

Right under the high line, don't miss it. They also make a decent cortado. I hear their avocado toast is pretty good.

Counter Counter coffee at this cute (easy to miss) coffee house under the Highline. Inside seating - recommend the coffee and chocolate chip cookie. Great stop after galleries.

I'm usually a purist and a cafe mocha is the most interesting drink I will get, but this place always manages to have amazing mixed drinks.

Lattes are HUGE, so go for something a bit smaller. A bit too expensive, even for NYC standards. Also, no toilets, but that's pretty common in NYC.

Occasionally bottlenecks due to the small space, but the cozy atmosphere compensates. It's all about The Chelsea here, and their open-face toast inventions are always admirable. No bathroom.

Horrible service. The guy poored to my friends coffee a spoiled milk. Owner, beware, you have to fire the guy. I will never return and I will tell to all my friends how horrible is this place!!
