- Cash Only. Short wait for 1 people. Everything is good. Soup is awesome. Noodle is awesome. Service is ok. Always packed.
- It's fantastic that this place has so many chicken-based options, unlike most ramen houses which only use pork-based broth. Also the Extra Spicy Ramen is definitely one to try.
- The Corcoran GroupEkim 8, 2010Tiny restaurant, so expect long lines. However, you’ll be rewarded with a delicious ramen broth. Try the Chicken Ramen and the Char Su Pork Ramen, which is blowtorch charred right in front of you.
- Beril EsenAğustos 9, 2017Amazing thick pork buns. Go for a ramen (miso was great), but don't also forget to get a pork bun.
- Roy ArmanMayıs 7, 2016Paitan ramen: One of the best ramen in town, thick soup from chicken broth. The pork bun is also very good
- Ellie DAralık 4, 2012Hailed often as the "best" ramen, Totto went surprisingly nontraditional with their veg-tastic Vegetable Ramen dish including blow-torched Avocado. They mean business here, so enjoy fast and get out!

- Norbert HuNisan 19, 2012The miso ramen is the best ramen I've had in North America. The consistency of the noodles, the right balance with the fat in the meat, the right atmosphere, and finally, the nutty kitchen staff!
- Anastasiia ....Aralık 21, 2015Spicy number 2 is very spicy, consider it when you order or just take half of the spices when they bring it to you. Good but not amazing for me
- DanielOcak 15, 2014Great place to eat ramen nodles. always is full with 30 minutes list .The pork buns are just exelent, taste ,fresh, Niku ramen exquisite, the only bad is no credit card accepted

- Matt ClineŞubat 2, 2015Niku Ramen was out of this world. Spicy fish oil in their signature chicken broth. Scallions, diced onion, lettuce. Would have taken a picture but when I thought to my bowl was empty.
- James ColvinAğustos 10, 2013Only waited 25 mins. Spicy chicken was awesome but not spicy enough for my tastebuds. Def recommend the hottest one. Wait for seats at the bar. Very cool and unique environment.

- SuYeone JeonKasım 6, 2014The texture of the chicken broth is a bit too thick for me. Tasty ramen but given that I'm obsessed with the chicken broth ramen from Bone Daddies in London, I'm not so satisfied.
- Vanessa YyAralık 12, 2014I had the Totto Miso Ramen and the Uni Don. I am in love with their ramen, I will definitely go back for this.
- New York HabitatKasım 15, 2011Don't be surprised if you have to wait at this Japanese ramen restaurant, but it will be worth it! Go for the Totto Miso Ramen or if you need a little kick, the Totto Spicy Ramen.

- Nicholas DoyleOcak 6, 2014The Chicken Paitan tastes like liquid Thanksgiving in a bowl. It's why you're waiting. Don't forget to add their supremely delicious Ajitama (Seasoned, Medium Boiled) Egg.
- Serious EatsMart 15, 2013Totto Ramen's specialty of chicken ramen might sound mild, but their chicken broth is as rich and creamy as the best pork broth.
- ThrillistEylül 23, 2014This is a worthy destination for the chicken-based paitan ramen, which is slurped up al dente with scallion, onion, pork, and seaweed. Daha fazlasını oku
- Time Out New YorkHaziran 4, 2013Totto's special spicy sauce is not lip-singeing, but the steaming broth coats your mouth and throat in chili, creating a slow burn that builds up as you work your way through the bowl. Daha fazlasını oku

- Jenn TalleyMayıs 31, 2013Spicy pork ramen is delish. Prepare to be majorly bloated the next day. So much sodium, but soooo good. Don't take rings off for a few days and maybe you won't even notice.
- Ale TowerHaziran 11, 2016Great spot for a quick meal, I used to come here after work when I lived for a month in midtown. I prefer the plain ramen, but all options were good.
- Harumi UAğustos 5, 2014Getting there I weekdays before it opens is the way to go. It is a preference but they use more traditional noodles than Ippudo does which makes me prefer Totto.
- Staff PicksOcak 28, 2016Chicken Noodle soup is this week's trending taste and you should definitely try Totto Ramen's delicious bowl. Warm up the winter blues at one of the hottest ramen bars in New York.
