- Free wifi is a win, though have to keep reconnecting on an iPhone via Safari. US pre-immigration lines can be very long, so leave plenty of time if going there.

- U.S. Customs is the bane of my existence. If you're flying to the U.S., factor in at least a good 15 minutes.
- If you are going to the U.S. and don't have GOES/Nexus, plan on arriving at least 2 hours early. The US Customs preclearance takes at least an hour of queuing to go through.
