Everything you need! Mostly brand new strength training equipment, but, some old school as well. Cardio is the same. You can experience the Woodway Curve which is hard to find in Houston.

Basketball, batting cages, weights, cardio, even fencing! Even a physical therapist for convenience!

The Helix and the AMT are my favorites. I can do them in the main gym or on the balcony overlooking the volleyball courts!
