Lunch buffet is awesome. You pay by the weight of your food so between $5-8 gets you a fresh and healthy meal. Always an interesting assortment of food and new takes on classic dishes!

Wonderful market for local products: Benton's, Cruze Farm, Magpie's, Tellico Grains, Sweetwater Valley Farms, the list goes on!

I have really been impressed with the sushi here. Very tasty & very reasonable. Love that it contains brown rice!
