I love this place. No pretentiousness everyone I've encountered is genuine and kind. The place is kept in top shape and super clean. Clean facility and knowledgeable instructors that knows how to teach. My favorite classes for a good rejuvenating workout are hot vinyasa and barre blast pilates.
Pilates with Alicia is a must. For some awesome restore & relaxation try Anya's Vinyasa Restorative Yoga. Finally, for a challenge try any of Wesley's classes!! Best Yoga place EVER!!

If you taking hot yoga go with Wesley and Heath , if you go for Pilates go with Kate Lynn ... This peps are awesome!
Tried hot yoga & Hot Vinyasa with the $49 months trial.. Newbie to yoga but Now I'm hooked, go every morning before work to unwind! <3 this place
Serena and Marko are my fav hot vinyasa instructors. Class is fun and relaxing at the same time.

Skip Brian's classes unless you like military style yoga.. Really wish he would go somewhere far, far away
