Melinda D. Has it right, poor customer service, poorly executed new ideas.... Happy hour?, breakfast for platinum club members?, I expect more out of renaissance properties!

Hotel is nice. The artificial rose scent in the lobby gave me a migraine. Smells like a funeral home.
