The remodel is beyond incredible and the service from check-in, the bars, room service, and concierge was flawless. We'll certainly be back again and again.
Rorriz_ DhawiMart 10, 2017we have been here since two days and the elevators are very slow and always congested with a lot of people. Moreover, there is just one elevator working !! We have to wait more than 20 mins everyday!

S ✨Ocak 26, 2018No smart tv. Good wifi tho! You have to go through 2 elevators to reach to your room. But the staff are really friendly. And the restaurant's food is really good!!

The door of room 319 doesn't close all the way, so you have to make sure it is closed. I almost left it open a few times when leaving. Location is great, in the heart of the theater district.
great location, great room & great staff... the king deluxe has a living room with a sofabed. Largest room 4 the money in NYC... Superb location... best price in the city

SheEkim 12, 2015So far the service really poor. The hotel is still under construction. The lounge area is loud and staff unhelpful and "unable" to lower the loud music or the TV, even 5 am in the morning!!!

For the same price you can stay at the crowne plaza, only stayed here cause everything else was booked or extremely overpriced
Moldy showers, relentless annoying housekeeping staff that will knock and even call your room even if you have the do not disturb on your door, rooms smell like cigarettes, there was loud construction
