Amazing service from the staff, more polite than the average Manhattan five-star hotel. Newly renovated rooms easily compete with The Mark in terms of size.

RCAralık 7, 2015The rooms are unremarkable. Clement is EXCELLENT service but is only slight better than average to mediocre hotel food. The upstairs bar gets packed quickly and the servers are nonexistent.
TVs need to be upgraded. Sun deck and fitness center are great.
