Can't get over the "cozy" factor of this really clean hotel. Does have a certain charm to it. Be aware that you have to give up a (professional) working desk, HDTV, and possibly a private bathroom.

I've stayed here 4 times over the past year & each time my room has been better than the last. I think it's the luck of the draw. This time I have a desk, a closet and a reading chair. It's like home!
The location is great (in the middle of everything and quite near Union Square), but the room was really too small and we had only one Queensize-bed for two persons. Location is great 2 blocks from the convention center. Rooms are small but not too bad.
Rooms are small, and can get quite hot. Well maintained, comfortable beds and helpful staff. Great location too.

Shared bathrooms are not an issue, never saw an occupied bath through a whole week.- Pros: Great location, super clean, comfy beds, helpful staff, free wifi, free coffee and muffins for breakfast. Cons: no desk, no closets, power difficult to access, dodgy wifi, walls are paper thin.
expect small rooms, but amazingly clean. very European style hotel. I always get a rm w/ a private bath. also, great rates with AAA card.
