Try the Mulligatawny Sea Scallops - Gravensteins apple glaze and toasted cashew crust, basmati rice, cilantro-apple slaw and green curry coconut nage. Yum!- Try the Lux Wine Flight - 2005 Silver Oak Cabernet Sauvignon Alexander Valley, 2008 El Molino Pinot Noir Rutherford, 2007 The Firehouse No. 3 Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley. Yum!!

- Try the 12 Oysters on the Half Shell - Oysters from Hood River, Washington. Yummers! Served with a champagne mignonette.
- Try the Fruti De Mare - Scallop, prawn and lobster tail atop herbed risotto. Excellent!
