Come Sunday morning, you have a choice: You could go find a delicate brunch, supplemented by bottomless mimosas, or you could knife into a slab of beef and use it to soak up your breakfastGuinness. Daha fazlasını oku
If you like the Holy Smoke and the Hunky Dory, ask for the Wonder Last (most similar) or the Pirate Queen, which aren't on the menu! The cage fighter (with mezcal) is pretty good too! ;-)
Hands down new favorite place to order cocktails. This has changed everything for me. The sky is a little less blue, the grass a little more pale and a subtle feeling of nothingness now. I am ruined.
Worth the hike downtown for some of the best cocktails in NYC. Get overwhelmed by a dozen pages of great sounding drinks. Ask for a bartender'a choice instead. Have 3.
2014’s Best New Cocktail Bar, The Dead Rabbit hearkens back to the saloons of New York’s Industrial Age. First floor for pints & whiskey, cocktails upstairs. Try the Byrrh Wine Daisy. Daha fazlasını oku
Awesome ambiance and bartenders. Their cocktail menu is a comic book with what seems like over 30 cocktails to choose from! Worth all the hype, drinks were amazing and only $16 each
The one surefire dish is the shepherd’s pie, a pile of curried lamb that’s been charred into chewy little bits and tucked into a crock pot topped with a hearty schmear of mashed potatoes. Daha fazlasını oku
Head upstairs to The Parlor for the mixology. Bartenders are super attentive. Hot drink? Archbishop. Absinthe? Julep à la Thomas. M-F 5-7pm $1 oysters and absinthecocktails for L'Heure Verte.
Be sure to go upstairs. Although there's usually a wait, it's usually not as long as what you're told. You can wait downstairs and bring your drink up when there's space.
Everything is great. The scotch egg, the Sunday roast, all the cocktails, especially the whiskey based ones. I don't think you can wrong at this place.
Relaxed pub-like atmosphere, whilst the quality drinks makes for an unforgettable experience. Try Cheshire Cat (tequila, rhum agricole, blanc vermouth and an array of fruits) or the Irish Whiskey menu
Craft cocktail menu is on point. I have yet to try a dish other than oysters which were grade A++ and I'm super snotty when it comes to my oysters (I admit it). Gets packed so plan to wait on wknds.
If you want to get in easy, come for lunch. The food is very good pub fare and you can enjoy the signature cocktails. The 3-floor pub setting is charming and you see why this place earns top honors.
Consistently voted one of the best bars in the world--as a souvenir, make sure to purchase one their latest menus--it is produced monthly and comes in the form of a collectible comic book.
Might be the most pleasant/amazing cocktail bar I've gone to in NYC. So much personality & effort put into the littlest details like menu material, signs, etc. In FiDi=no crowds. Perfect date spot.
Superbly crafted cocktails, made by masters of their trade. Delicious food, live piano music and a luxurious setting make this a top notch bar. Ooh, and I love the tiles in the bathroom too!
Whether you just want a pint from the vibrant tap room, or some cocktail nirvana from the dense, graphic novel-style menu found in the second floor parlor, the Dead Rabbit can cater to your tastes. Daha fazlasını oku
Lobsterdeviled eggs and truffle fries were perfect compliments to their unique cocktails. Long waits for the 2nd floor but it's worth it since you can grab a drink downstairs.
Crowned “World’s Best New Cocktail Bar” at a recent major industry event, this joint pours 72 “historically accurate” cocktails (and gallons of communal punch) while the taproom has whiskey and brews.
Came on a slower night so I had full attention of the bartenders, who were amazing. Drinks are really creative, I'll definitely come back next time I'm on NYC
Great (amazing) food, really friendlybarstaff and the list of compliments goes on. Don't take my word for it, check it out for yourself. One caveat, we visited mid-day
Cocktails and punch (served in adorable tea cups) are sipped here in an intimate parlor room. Order some scotch eggs and trufflechips if you've got the munchies.
Far and away the best spot to meet up for drinks when in the Financial District. If you've ever been curious about pre-Prohibition cocktails, this is the place to try them.
The bar itself was really cool (sawdust on the floor), the bar tender was really nice and the food tasted great! I recommend the deviled eggs and the pork belly sliders!
This place is a real gem. Makes you feel transported back many decades to a classier time. The drinks are amazing, and my favorite part is the storybook menu. Definitely make sure to read it through.
Such a great place. One of the best bars in NYC! If you can make it up to 2nd floor please do. The cocktail menu is a thick book and I recommend trying every single cocktail. IRISH COFFE, FTW.
"Suspendered barkeeps ladle grog from festive punch bowls into proper teacups—perhaps the Punch à la Taylor, with whiskey, clementinesherbet, and tamarindnectar." Daha fazlasını oku
Amazing drinks; if possible, try to get into one of the upstairs dining rooms. The staff are truly amazing, know their stuff, and very detail oriented. Even the trainees know everything about the menu
The taproom is a hidden gem in this part of town, nice and quiet on a weekend despite the bustle nearby. Spot the old irish photos on the roof, inc. one of the Duke of York (best Guinness in Belfast)! Daha fazlasını oku
Fantastic cocktail menu! The taproom on the first floor is a great place to grab an after work drink. Order the Nut Job. The parlor upstairs is a good place to take a date. Order the Precision Pilot.
Tough place to get in. But worth the hassle. The stirred cocktails are based on old fashions and are delicious. I had the chicken pot pie, wonderful and my guest had the shepherds pie also super.

Excellent bar. Three floors with different styles - first floor: bar style (always open late), second floor: cocktail bar with the cool Dead Rabbitcomic book menu, third floor: bar with food.
Taproom's fine, but the main event is upstairs. Cocktails are delicious and have incredible depth. Don't worry about ordering something w/an intimidating spirit. Hit & Run's amazing!!

One of the best bars in the Financial District (which is seriously lacking in them). If you want an expertly-crafted cocktail, head upstairs to the Parlor. For a beer, stay at main level Taproom.
Great drinks and atmosphere. Mixed drinks will cost about $15 each. Upstairs is a private bar with lots of places to sit. So many drinks to pick from... Waitress was very helpful in ordering...
Some of the most delicious whiskey drinks in town! Insider tip: be sure to wait for an upstairs table, enjoy perusing the "book of cocktails" while sipping on some complementary punch!
I wouldn't say the best bar in America, but it's a great spot. Solid beer selection and the cocktails are on point. Check out $15 meat pie and an ale on Tuesdays.
Hangout downstairs until you get one upstairs (Get the house beer) and try anything and everything upstairs. Ask questions and they're nice if you don't like what you order. Cool cups ☺️.
Been a regular here since they opened, and this place is absolutely the best. Every cocktail is superb, they change the menu seasonally, and the bar bites are spot on. A must-visit when in FiDi.
Great food downstairs. Fun and fancy cocktails upstairs. Great service. My beef stew was a little salty and the awesome bartender took it off the bill without me saying a thing. Pot pies are yummy
Go for the unusual drink vessels here which include, flagons, glasses and bowls. Order the G.M. Gurton's which is a mix of oloroso sherry, Cognac, Jamaican rum, and muscovado sugar.
