This is a treatment for mild to moderate acne. The blue light kills the bacteria that thrives in clogged pores that later becomes inflamed and gturns into pimples. The skin care specialist will clean the skin, steam, and perform extractions. The blue light is used for 16 minutes in addition to cleaning, exfoliation and extractions. The recommendation is that the light treatment is initially done twice a week for four weeks and once a week for another four weeks.
