I didn't know that this was one of those restaurants that ran out of food or I would've went earlier. I have had better BBQ in STL. New isn't always better. I will try to get there when they open

Be prepared for at least a 15 minute wait if you see people lined up to the door. Out first visit so not sure how routine it is.
