Great location for visiting the monuments and for official buildings as well. Great rate when booked on advance. Very friendly and accommodating staff.

I really enjoy this place. Simple, affordable, well kept hotel. Sure it is a bit dated but it is still worth it. This is my hotel of choice while in DC.

I have no complaints, $99 a night for a hotel close to everything, found service to be friendly and accommodating, and room was very clean! Look forward to staying here again during my next trip to DC

Be careful they will charge your card more than you agreed with them!! They will authorize the full amount on chicken and take extra holding for each night you stay !! Be careful with them

Room temperature is seasonal- if management considers it "winter", you'll only be able to turn on heat- A/C won't work and vice versa. This is set building wide! $60 per day debit card holds as well.

A/c is seasonal. I'm here in April, it's hot and no a/c. Very poor customer service also.
