Opening hours 11am-4pm weekdays ONLY. Usually there is a 30 min waiting line outside. Inside, there is a ticked vending machine, so decide what you want before coming in. The menu is by the door.
If you like Tonkotsu style (Pork bone soup) - I found that Ippudo is, by far, the tastiest Hakata Tonkotsu shop chain. Try the Akamaru.
