Rachel KOcak 5, 2020Nice and comfortable rooms with horrifically bad service across the board (front desk, pool, restaurants). Only good if you have young kids. Would not come back to this Sofitel location.

MajedNisan 7, 2013Nice staff, clean and quiet place. Strategic location..if you prefer a higher-floor room, I may tell you, the elevator isn't adequate! Plus, you should take a look at "Sofit" health club..Enjoy!

FifkfjfjfEylül 1, 2016Rooms are small, slow service. Not worth the stay, since you're basically paying for facilities which you can access for a small fee.
This a new hotel @ the walk. You can buy bakery from the French resturant in the 4th floor.
Get room in sea & palm view in high floor up to 25th floor
Loosy house keeping, expect to remind to clean your room. WiFi is a joke. Poor quality, incapable to handle the load. Speed is 2000ish. And this is for premium high speed WiFi.
