The Texas Trill is amazing...chopped brisket, sausage slices, and chopped pulled rib meat... wash it down with a specialty brew from Hops & Grain or Independence Brewing.

Notorious on white with slaw and gold Rush sauce is my go to
I've tried the Tony Montana and the O.G. and both were great!
