We had some drama during our visit. So the service is not the best as it's new and staff are still learning. Their rooms are outstanding and their Spa is the best.

Nice rooms. Great position close to downtown. Great choice of clubs and restaurants. Very well curated rooms and a lounge with a night happy hour.
Wonderful hotel. Great gym at 53rd floor, pool at 54th, nice buffet restaurant at 6th, close to metro. Nice service. Rooms a bit rundown but spacious. Enjoyed the stay.
