2. Stanford Dish Trail
Shauna Harrison: my little piece of heaven.
3. Core Studio
Shauna Harrison: All the instructors here are great! My absolute faves are Tracy, Hsin, Liz and Daniella
4. The Yoga Studio
Shauna Harrison: Unnata Aerial yoga with Pik Chu is amazing!!
5. Be Yoga
Shauna Harrison: Brian, Lisa and Andy rock.
6. Rancho San Antonio County Park
Shauna Harrison: Great hiking/trail running spot.
7. Mayfield Soccer Complex
Shauna Harrison: Great place to do running drills, field workouts and other outdoor training. Benches, soccer/lax fields (turf), open space
8. YogaSource Palo Alto
Shauna Harrison: This has been a consistently great studio for years. Try power yoga with Tracy!
9. Form Fitness
Shauna Harrison: Smaller gym that packs a punch. Convenient if you are in downtown PA/Stanford area.
10. Breathe
Shauna Harrison: Beautiful studios....with showers!! (hard to come by in yoga studios!)
11. Yoga Belly
Shauna Harrison: Nice studio with a good vibe. I prefer daytime classes here since there is an intrusive fluorescent light in the courtyard outside the studio's window.
