Great butchers with a fantastic store full of grains, tinned fish, and local produce. Sit at the bar for great beer and wine. Burger is among the best in town and brunch is spectacular.
One of a kind Lamb Burger. Local beers. Products sourced from sustainable Texas ranches (as they say) and mouth watering meats at the butchery shop (makes you feel like BBQing), awesome place!
Butcher and market side: Awesome. Dining/service side: sucks. If you want to know what if feels like to be a background character on some crappy show about waiting tables and a bar, give it a try.
Salt & Time offers a mean brunch and lots of meaty sandwiches for lunch. Their dinner service is one of Austin's best deals for high-quality charcuterie and steak. [Eater 38 Member]
If it’s too hot to grill outside yourself, grab a seat at Salt & Time’s restaurant, where the emphasis is on farm-to-table wholesomeness. Daha fazlasını oku
Great people. I don't eat bread and they were more than willing to accommodate. Pulled pork was amazing. Definitely coming back! And they have a bar. Cool feel for a butcher shop. Not expected.
Solid meat and vegdinner spot. Had sausage plate w kraut and cauli. Cauli kind of meh, everything else 👍👍. Want to come back to charcuterie and maybe steak.
Superb. They're just getting their legs under them so when you come in, imagine you're in a general store/butcher/tavern in the early 1900s, talk to people, and enjoy the scene.

Poor service! Looked good but left w/o eating after sitting @ the bar for 20+ mins w/o a word being said to us. Bartender served drinks to the couple next to us then took a break to text on his cell.
