Old carpets make the whole hotel feel older but it is well maintained and things work. I has a nice Art Deco feeling and it is almost the cheapest way to stay close to the beach.

A nice & quiet hotel to stay for you & your soul mate. Myself & my baby enjoyed our 5 day stay at the Richmond Hotel I recommend this beautiful resort for couples you will enjoy yourself!!

Excellent location, resting style,center of South Beach of Miamş, rooms ate clean, we didn't hear any screaming , we highly reccomended

Robert our concierge was amazing. Was always right on top of everything. The staff is awesome. They have menu's for a TON of places to eat if you don't order from there.

The déco decor is amazing but... No minibar in the room. Poor service. Not really the kind of hotel you expect to relax and enjoy and the price is not coherent. Very expensive for what you really get.

You need earplugs to be able to sleep! The walls are so thin you think you are in the same room as your neighboors. And the staff is pretty lazy.. Only good thing is the location.

there is no fan in bathroom, but you can continuously flush the toilet so bathroom don't stink!

Самый ужасный и грязный отель! Качественного обслуживание - нуль. Обманывают по деньгам. Ночью списывают деньги с карты без уведомления, а потом никто ничего не знает на ресепшене!

The walls are pretty thin. Had to hear the lady in the room next to us screaming while she got t screwed.
