Great strong coffee everywhere, food choices and quality is top for such a small place. You don't need cash, all places accept cards. It's full of tourists though and the city is tiny. So plan tours!!

You can walk just about everywhere. Try the side streets off the main drag & you'll find a ton of great little shops.

If you're visiting. Go to BONUS and stock up on cheap and tasty food! This is the only place to get real Skyr, delicious and filling high protein yogurt that comes with a spoon, great for excursions!

Iceland is close to cashless. Use your visa or mc to pay for things. If you need cash use the ATM. Don't bother with the currency exchange.

What a beautiful unique city, their sea food was so delicious it tastes like heaven. Hotel’s breathtaking view is what really mesmerized us the most!

There is no exchange place in city and hotels. Only banks will do the exchange. You can also get a city card for 24-48-72 hours and some museums and poolsand public bus are free. Public bus cost 475

When you arrived in this country, Reykjavìk is perfect place to starting the round trip. Prices slightly higher though. Gas price around $2

Layer up, whilst it may be cold outside, it's usually stifling indoors
