The breakfast is outstanding, the rooms are quite big and cozy. Right on Hamburg Downtown, surrounded by stores and restaurants. Staff service is very good. Had a wonderful timeFeb 21 önce olumlu oy verildi

Eine bessere "Location" gibt es nicht... Ein sehr gutes, historisches Haus mit einer einmaligen Ambiente. Komplimente zur Managementteam --Sie haben echt tolle Mitarbeiter!!

Ask for the wifi and breakfast inclusive rate! It's cheaper than paying for it separately :)

Ein sehr schönes und hochklassiges Hotel, welches nur wenige Schritte von der Binnenalster und dem Rathaus entfernt ist. Sehr zu empfehlen!- Unschön: Sehr teurer WiFi-Zugang für 12,50 Euro/Tag (Stand: August 2012). Bei den Zimmerpreisen könnte man einen (kosten-)freien Zugang erwarten. Aber zumindest 3G-Abdeckung der DT und VF sehr gut.
Central hotel. Friendly service. Interior a bit dated but okay.
Zum teuren WLAN gehört auch noch ein über teures Frühstück! 28 €!
