Eat at the bar, order the Bar Steak. Can't go wrong with the frisee salad & oysters. A bottle of Gigondas goes great with either!

Of course, the burger. Great bite smothered in the peppercorn sauce. It’s a good burger, in a quirky spot, but not destination-worthy.

If you're looking for old school French bistro action this is your spot. Go for the pate, the octopus salad and the steak & frites.. probably one of the best in the city. Tarot reader is added bonus!

Burger au Poivre, $19 Competition is fierce for the dozen daily orders.The patty’s pepper-crusted, the cheese is triple-crème Saint-Andre, and the sidecar of au poivre sauce puts it over the top.

The burger is great but I don’t recommend it if you have trouble digesting raw onions. The burger is on the brunch menu as well.
