unbelievably slow service (even with a short line)... be prepared!
Get grass jelly or brown sugar jelly over tapioca balls! Don't get overweight.

- Note to self: don't get half sugar unless you want bitter or diluted-flavored tea.

Count how many people are in front of you, multiple by 1.5 mins and that's how long it will be before you order. Then add 7 mins to wait for your drink. It's a terrible wait.

Long lines most of the time. Don't expect quick in quick out...
I've been waiting for more than an hour for just three drinks. Inefficient service. I don't think it's worth the wait.
Drinks are good but takes forever! I waited 23 mins for my drink on a Sunday afternoon.
