We love coming here in the spring and fall. The day after thanksgiving is the last day of the season and, depending on the weather, can be a very peaceful way to walk off turkey.
These "salads" are a riff on bibimbap. Rather than a steaming, hot pot of rice, meat, veggies and egg, the salad has warm meat and rice with veggies and a terrific "Bibille" sauce.
Awesome Korean food. Try the tofu kimchi: it's spicy, sweet and sour. It's heaven! The bibimbap is fantastic too.
Great traditional soba restaurant with many Japanese favorites as well. Outstanding in every way.
Arrive before 2 on Saturday and enjoy the minimal crowds. Fewer people = faster beers.
