Phil Katz: Wonky hours (usually close by noon), but if you make it here, a pretzel fresh out of the oven is a thing of beauty.

Phil Katz: One of the best spots in the neighborhood- great coffee and beer list, and spacious place to work or talk. And great music selections.

Phil Katz: Expertly pulled espresso and the best olive oil cake in the city. Don't expect to sit and linger, though; there's almost no counter space.

Phil Katz: Fantastic coffee from Passenger, great pastries, all served in a clean, airy space with lots of tables and outlets and solid wifi.

Phil Katz: Gorgeous space, delicious and healthy menu.

Phil Katz: Great wine and cheese selections, and a wonderful happy hour.

Phil Katz: Consistently some of the best espresso in Philadelphia. And the drip coffee isn't bad either. The small space, however, isn't great for working.

Phil Katz: Best sandwiches on the planet. Just thinking about the diavolo sends my heart a flutter.

Phil Katz: Fantastic pasta dishes, and great gluten free options. The dining room can get loud, though.
