This is my first time trying Georgian food and I'm not an expert. All I can tell is it was delicious, vegetarian with some hints reminds me of Mediterranean food.

Love the space. Love the ambiance. Food was good. Staff was nice. What's to complain about? Only that Pepela isn't more obvious from the street. I would definitely have a party here.

Amazing food and great staff! Gabriel is a very sociable owner and makes you feel at home. Dumplings and cheese bread is highly recommended. (Manhattan Sideways)

Go to bay ridge and have some real Georgian food. With subway/car travel you will be out of there faster than you can get your drink order in at pepela.

Food is overpriced and overhyped. They have a limited menu and they are usually out of all the good items (veal and dumplings)
